One of our 15 Vacation Home, Park Model Cottages is the perfect place to call home while enjoying the Resort and getting in on the Orlando action. Each Cottage has a covered patio & is fully furnished; including a TV with cable, full bath with towels (bring pool towels), 1 BR, sleeper sofa & linens.  The kitchen has a full sized stove & refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, dishes, and basic pots & pans. Our friendly reservations team is looking forward to hearing from you.
Rates include WiFi Internet, Basic Cable, Water & Sewer.  Electric included for stays less than one calendar month - $100 deposit required otherwise.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Cottage Rental Rates:	Daily (2-night min)	$60
	Weekly	$400
	Monthly	$1400

• Late checkout is charged extra day
• 2 night minimum stay
• All units are NON SMOKING
• All cottages are Pet Friendly (max 2 pets).  Extra Charges apply. Bring shot records
• Cottages sleep 2, most have sleeper sofa
• All guests must be registered
• All guests must comply with all Resort Rules and Regulations

Payment Policy:

• All rates subject to 11% tax
• $100 refundable security/damage deposit required, plus $100 electric deposit for stays longer than one calendar month
• All reservations less than 60 days require payment in full at the time of booking
• All reservations over 60 days require 25% down with balance due 60 days before arrival

Cancellation Policy:

• Exchange must be arranged before check  in date, and is based on availability
• No refund or credit for early departure.  Special circumstances reviewed on an individual basis. Fees apply
