Cottage Rental Rates:	Weekly	$400
	Monthly	$1400

• Late checkout is charged extra day
• 7 night minimum stay
• All units are NON SMOKING
• All cottages are Pet Friendly (max 2 pets)
• Cottages sleep 2, some with sleeper sofa
• All guests must be registered
• All guests must comply with all Resort Rules and Regulations

Payment Policy:

• All rates subject to 11% tax
• $100 refundable security/damage deposit required
• All reservations less than 60 days require payment in full at the time of booking
• All reservations over 60 days require 25% down with balance due 60 days before arrival

Cancellation Policy:

• 48 hours or less, no refund/no exchange
• 3 - 60 days notice, date exchange only
• 61 days or more, $100 cancellation fee or date exchange
