Reservations: RV Check in is 2 pm, Check out time is 1 pm Vacation Home - Cottage - Park Model Check in is 4 pm, Check out is 11 am
Parking: One (1) RV or Park Model is allowed per site. No Tent Camping or Pop Ups allowed. Two additional vehicles are allowed per site. Additional storage is available at the U-Haul dealer on Hwy 27. Absolutely NO PARKING on unoccupied lots.
Quiet Hours: 11 pm to 8 am. VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED FROM THE PARK
RV/Vehicle Washing: Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley is pleased to provide a FREE vehicle wash area where guests can wash their vehicles.
Pets: No more than two pets per site. While outside, all pets must be leashed, and accompanied by a person responsible for pet waste at all times. Noisy, vicious or unaccompanied animals will be removed from the resort immediately - No exceptions. Please bring shot records to the office to be recorded.
NO PETS ALLOWED IN ANY BUILDING OR THE POOL AREA
Guests: All overnight guests must register at the Office. Guest parking is available behind the Lodge. The registered owner or authorized renter is responsible for all guests.
Facilities: * Pool use is restricted to owners, renters and registered guests. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. There is NO LIFEGUARD - USE POOL AT YOUR OWN RISK. All Pool users must obey posted Safety Rules, and Pool Hours at all times. No running. No diapers, only approved 'swimmies' are allowed in the pool. * Use of the Lodge is restricted to owners, registered guests, and management guests. Violators will be removed. Access to kitchen is restricted to Elite employees, and authorized personnel. * Laundry facilities are available at the Bathhouse next to site 161 on Magnolia Street. No outdoor clotheslines of any type are permitted anywhere in the Resort. There is no storage available at the Resort - contact U-Haul on Hwy 27. Propane delivery to the Resort is scheduled for Mondays. Sign up at the Office
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all Resort Buildings. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. No Littering!
Activities: Activities, and facilities are open to all guests, subject to availability. The Activities Board will announce upcoming events. Sign up sheets are located at the Lodge. Check in the Office for a list of local Golf Courses, Restaurants, Grocers, Retailers, organized outings and 'tag alongs'.
Alcohol: Responsible alcohol use is restricted to those people 21 years of age and older. No alcohol will be served at any Resort function, although participants may bring their own refreshments.
Speed Limit: The speed limit is 10 miles per hour for ALL vehicles (golf carts and bikes included)
Children: Children may not operate any motorized vehicle (including golf carts) in the Resort without a valid driver's license. Children may only use the Pool, Shuffleboard, or Horseshoes facilities when accompanied by an adult. Parents (or responsible adult) are responsible for their children's actions at all times. Curfew for 'under 18's' is 10 pm, unless accompanied by a parent. Guests may not use any Resort address for the purpose of enrolling a child in a public education institution.
Campfires: BBQ grills welcome. No campfires allowed. Please enjoy the Community fire pit at the Lodge.
Trash: All Trash is to be placed inside Dumpsters located throughout the Resort.
Site Condition: Sites should be neat and clean at all times. NO outside refridgerators or freezers. Management reserves the right to determine appropriateness of all outdoor items. No commercial activities allowed either on your site or in the Resort without prior permission of Management.
Cable TV: Basic Cable is provided to your pedestal. TV listings are available in the Lodge.
WiFi: Wireless internet service is available throughout the Resort at no charge.
Mail and Messages: We do not provide mail forwarding service - you must contact the Clermont Post Office at (352) 394-2423. Messages will be posted on the Message Board. The office cannot accept FedEx or UPS-style shipments; please make sre to include your lot number on deliveries as couriers will be directed to your site.
Phones and Newspapers: Phone service for long term guests may be available. Contact Bright House Networks at (386) 267-7515 for details. Call (407) 420-5353 for delivery of the Orlando Sentinel. The local South Lake Press Newspaper is available at the Lodge.
