- No Tent Camping, No Pop-Ups
- Pets allowed on RV sites but must be under control at all times (max 2 pets)
- All guests must be registered
- All guests must comply with all Resort Rules and Regulations
Payment Policy:
- All rates subject to 11% tax
- All reservations less than 60 days require payment in full at the time of booking
- All reservations over 60 days require 25% down with balance due 60 days before arrival
Cancellation Policy:
- 48 hours or less, no refund/no exchange
- 3 - 60 days notice, date exchange only
- 61 days or more, $100 cancellation fee or date exchange
