Elite Resorts at Crystal River is now offering the benefits of the resort through the opportunity to own one of our Deeded RV Lots. The large lots are all full hookup (50amp – adaptable to 30amp). The majority of the heavily treed sites have stabilized dirt pads, but some have interlocking pavers. Becoming an owner of a lot or park model allows you to enjoy the resort amenities/activities at any time and get in on all the Crystal River action with friends/family, but also has many financial benefits.

The financial benefits of RV Lot ownership are similar to the advantages of owning other real estate assets:
- Ownership locks in the largest part of your monthly RV lot payment. While property taxes, insurance, and maintenance fees may rise in small increments over time (and often are controllable by the Homeowners Association), the principal and interest payments associated with a mortgage remain constant. Daily, weekly, monthly and annual RV site rental rates typically increase annually
- Depending on individual circumstances, interest on mortgages and other ownership costs and fees may be tax deductible, lowering your federal and state taxes each year
- Mortgage payments on your lot build equity each year
- Your RV lot can be rented and earn income that can offset maintenance fees and other ownership costs. There may be additional tax benefits on both property and association fees if you rent your RV lot.
