Rules & Regulations

By accepting access to the Resort, all Guests hereby agree to abide by the Resort Rules and those posted. Should you find that a guest is not adhering to the rules, please notify the staff immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

Registering/Check-In & Out

1. All Guests & Visitors must be registered at check-in. Check-in & out at Elite Market, open 9am-6pm.
2. Registered individuals are responsible for their guests, including children.
3. Display Vehicle Pass on rear-view mirror at all times.
4. Please do not change sites before re-registering - it may already be reserved!
5. RV Site Check-in: 2 pm; Check-out: 1pm 
6. Assistance is available - Elite Market, Guest Services and by radio at the Ranger Station and the Pool Cabana.
7. Put Vehicle Pass in drop box upon departure. Please complete the evaluation & comments section.

General Rules

1. The most important rule, be safe and have lots of fun!
2. All RV’s will be kept neat and clean.
3. Quiet Hours & Curfew for Minors (Under 16): 10pm-8am.
4. Speed Limit 10 mph. Be aware of speed bumps, and please watch for all pedestrians – kids, pets and adults!
5. No tent camping allowed, but screen rooms are ok. 
6. Maximum of 3 units (RV, Pick-up, Car) per site over-night, and they must be parked on driveway or approved parking area. Extra parking at Boat Storage Area & Shopping Center.
7. No boats, boat trailers or trailers of any type may be left on the lot (temporary battery recharge ok.) Watercraft and trailer parking at Boat Storage Area only.
8. Telephone messages posted daily on message board, NOT DELIVERED! Elite not responsible for messages.
9. No Washing of RV’s or Vehicles.
10. Please turn off all exterior lights when you turn in for the night.
11. Help keep the resort clean by depositing garbage in dumpsters.
12. Ground level fires are not allowed! Fully extinguish containerized fires when unattended.
13. Flashlights are recommended at night, and are for sale at Elite Market.
14. No temporary or permanent clotheslines or hammocks.
15. No garage sales, flea market or other sales activities shall be allowed on any lot, whether indoors or out.
16. Profane or threatening actions directed at guests or staff will result in eviction!
17. Respect your neighbors, the environment, the staff and the Resort.

Pets

1. All pets must be leashed and quiet. There is a dog run in the Resort for your convenience.
2. No more than two dogs or cats or combination of the two are allowed on any one site
3. Please clean up after your pet - it's the law!

Pools and Recreation Area

1. Free Sports and Activity Equipment available at Elite Market with Drivers License Deposit.
2. Pool Hours: 10am-10pm. No lifeguard on duty, use at your own risk.
3. Please shower before entering all pools, and oils are prohibited in pools.
4. NO DIVING!
5. Glass is strictly prohibited in ALL POOLS & RECREATIONAL AREAS!!! (Please use cans or plastic cups.)
6. ADULTS ONLY (18 & older) in the Heated Spa. Health risk for children. For their safety!
7. ADULTS ONLY (18 & older) in the Adult (upper) Pool. (Except during heated seasonal periods.)
8. Family Pool and Wading Pool - Children under 16 must have adult supervision.
9. WADING POOL ONLY – infants and toddlers in waterproof "swimmies" allowed up to age 5.
10. Additional rules posted at each pool – Please read and abide.

Golf Carts, ATV's, Scooters, Bikes, etc.

1. No Gas powered non-licensed vehicles in the resort other than Golf Carts.
2. Golf Carts to be operated by licensed adult drivers only!!!
3. ATV's, mini & dirt bikes must NOT be operated in the Resort.
4. Helmets and headlights are required after Dusk for all scooters and cyclists.
5. Minors riding Bicycles, Scooters, Skateboards, etc. are to adhere to "Right of Way" laws, stay on roadways only, keep their speed at 10mph or less and MUST wear a helmet.
6. Motorized Electric Scooters may be operated by minors provided they adhere to these and other posted rules.
